Joint Meeting of the Reconstruction Promotion Council and the Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe jointly held the 17th meeting of the Reconstruction Promotion Council and the 42nd meeting of the Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters at the Prime Minister’s Office.
TICAD VI and Other Events: Third Day
On August 28 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who was visiting Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya to attend the Sixth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), first attended the JICA High Level Panel , and then participated in Plenary Session 2 (Dialogue with the Private Sector) . Afterwards, Prime Minister Abe held talks with H.E. Mr. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti , and H.E. Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, respectively.

On August 27 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who was visiting Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya to attend the Sixth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), attended the TICAD VI opening session, and then held meetings with S.E.M. Rakotoarimanana Hery Martial Rajaonarimampianina, President of the Republic of Madagascar, and H.E. Mr. Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, respectively.
