On June 29, 2022 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting Madrid in the Kingdom of Spain to attend the summit meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), received a courtesy call from a delegation led by Senator Jeanne Shaheen, United States Senate, followed by a summit meeting with H.E. Ms. Magdalena Andersson, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden.

On June 28, 2022 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting Elmau in the Federal Republic of Germany to attend the G7 Summit in Elmau, held a summit meeting with the Rt Hon Boris Johnson, MP, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, followed by a summit meeting with H.E. Dr. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. The Prime Minister then attended a session on multilateralism, digital, and the G20 (Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy). In the afternoon, he spoke to the Japanese and overseas press.

On June 27, 2022 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting Munich in the Federal Republic of Germany to attend the G7 Summit in Elmau, held a summit meeting with H.E. Mr. Charles Michel, President of the European Council, followed by a summit meeting with the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada. The Prime Minister then attended a session on the situation in Ukraine and held a summit meeting with the Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the United States of America.

On June 26, 2022 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida visited Munich in the Federal Republic of Germany to attend the G7 Summit in Elmau.
