On November 20 (local time), Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, who is visiting Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, to attend summit meetings related to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), attended the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Global Dialogue.
Then, Prime Minister Noda also held talks with Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, and Mr. Barack Obama, President of the United States, respectively.
In the afternoon, Prime Minister Noda attended the Seventh East Asia Summit (EAS).
