The Prime Minister Attends ASEAN-related Summit Meetings and Others (First Day)

On November 18 (local time), Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda arrived in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, to attend ASEAN-related summit meetings and others.
After his arrival, the Prime Minister offered flowers at the memorial to the late Police Superintendent Haruyuki Takada, who lost his life in the line of duty as a civilian police officer, and offered flowers at the cenotaph for the late Atsuhito Nakata, a UN volunteer, who lost his life during his activity.
Then, the Prime Minister observed Preah Kossamak Hospital.
Lastly, the Prime Minister attended the meeting with Japanese nationals living in Cambodia.
