On November 4 (local time), Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda arrived in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic, to attend the 9th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM9).
After arrival, the Prime Minister attended the ceremony of the delivery of economic cooperation projects.
Then, Prime Minister Noda held talks with Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
