On November 11 (local time), Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda visited Honolulu, the United States, to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting.

The Prime Minister attended a reception co-hosted by the U.S.-Japan Council and the APEC Host Committee, which was held at a museum in Honolulu.
