Third Day of the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit and Other Related Events

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held talks with the leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) member states and held other related events at the Prime Minister's Office.
In the morning, the Prime Minister held talks, a signing ceremony, and a joint press announcement with H.E. Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and H.E. Mr. Thein Sein, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, respectively.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister held talks with H.E. Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and then held a signing ceremony and joint press announcement. Subsequently, the Prime Minister received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Niwattumrong Boonsongpaisan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand. This was followed by talks with H.E. Mr. Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, a signing ceremony, and a joint press announcement.
