G20 New Delhi Summit and Bilateral Summit Meetings with its Attendees: Day 1

On September 9, 2023 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting New Delhi in the Republic of India to attend the G20 (Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy) New Delhi Summit, was welcomed by H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, before attending Session 1 with the theme ‘One Earth” and Working Lunch.
 
The Prime Minister then held Summit meetings with H.E. Mr. Mark RUTTE, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, and Hon. Anthony Albanese, MP, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia.
 
Following this, the Prime Minister attended the G20 side-event on Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment, and held informal talks with H.R.H. Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, before attending the social dinner.
