Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda observed "Koko-Kara Matsuri," a child-rearing support event held by Shinjuku Ward.
The Prime Minister, arriving at the venue, read a picture book to children, and attended a meeting to exchange opinions with child-rearing mothers and others. Then, the Prime Minister observed stage events held within the venue.
