Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Mr. Goshi Hosono, Minister of State for the Nuclear Power Policy and Administration, explained the purpose of the bill for the establishment of the nuclear regulatory agency and the bill for the establishment of the nuclear safety investigation committee, and the Prime Minister answered questions from the members of each party and faction.
