Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Ms. Yoko Komiyama, Minister of State for Measures for Declining Birthrate, explained the purpose of the bill on the act on children and child-rearing support, the bill on the act on comprehensive childcare facility, and the bill for the revision of acts related to the act on children and child-rearing support and the act on comprehensive childcare facility, and the Prime Minister answered questions from the members of each party and faction.
