The Prime Minister Attends the Plenary Session of the House of Councillors

Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
During the session, an explanation was provided by Mr. Yosuke Tsuruho, Chairman of the Committee on Rules and Administration, on the resolution to protest against North Korea's launch of a ballistic missile, which was unanimously approved. Following this, the Prime Minister delivered an address on the resolution.
