Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held the third Meeting among Four Ministers on the Issue of Nuclear Power Stations at the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister said in his opening address, "Following yesterday's meeting, I would like to discuss the draft of the criteria for judgment on the safety of restart.
Today, I would like Mr. Yukio Edano, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, to first make a report on the points to be modified. Then, following further discussions, I would like to reach a conclusion among the four of us on the criteria for judgment."
