Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda received a courtesy call from ikumen (fathers who actively participate in child rearing) local government leaders at the Prime Minister's Official Residence.
After receiving a proposal from Mr. Hidehiko Yuzaki, Governor of Hiroshima Prefecture, the Prime Minister conversed with ikumen local government leaders who have experience obtaining paternity leaves and other people.
