Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda visited a housing complex in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.
After observing a housing complex in the City, which is taking a progressive approach to addressing the issue of aging society by such means as an integrated community care system, the Prime Minister exchanged opinions with residents and other stakeholders.
