Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda welcomed Mr. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea (ROK), who visited Japan to attend the Japan-ROK Summit Meeting, at the Kyoto State Guest House.

The leaders then held talks, which was followed by a banquet hosted by Prime Minister Noda.
