Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended a meeting of the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors.

During the meeting attended by all Cabinet members, the Prime Minister answered closing questions from Committee members on a draft third supplementary budget for FY2011.
Then the Committee voted and approved the draft third supplementary budget for FY2011 (Article 3 of the General Account, Article 3 of the Special Account, and Article 2 of the Budgets of Government Agencies).
