Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Mr. Tatsuo Hirano, Minister for Reconstruction in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, explained the purpose of the bill for the establishment of the Reconstruction Agency, and the Prime Minister answered questions from the members of each party and faction.
