On September 23 (local time), Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, who is visiting New York to attend the 66th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, held talks with Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India.
Later, Prime Minister Noda delivered a speech at the General Debate.
The Prime Minister then held a press conference. Having completed his schedule for the UN General Assembly, the Prime Minister left New York for Japan.
