Japan-Philippines Summit Meeting, Signing Ceremony, and Joint Press Announcement

Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held talks with Mr. Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, at the Prime Minister's Office.
After the meeting, the two leaders signed a joint statement and then attended a signing ceremony for the exchange of notes on the "Forestland Management Project."
Following the signing ceremony, the leaders held a joint press conference.
