Prime Minister's Visit to the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire

On January 10 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire.
Prime Minister Abe held talks with H.E. Mr. Alassane Ouattara, President of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, at the presidential palace; attended an expanded summit meeting (an introduction of corporations to the President); and held a joint press announcement.
In the evening, the Prime Minister held a meeting with leaders of West African countries, and attended a banquet hosted by H.E. President Ouattara.
On the following day, January 11 (local time), the Prime Minister visited Centre Marie-Eugénie (an employment training facility for women), and then observed the "Abe Cup," a Judo tournament.
