Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Mr. Yoshihide Suga, Chief Cabinet Secretary, explained the purpose of the Bill for the Amendment of the Act for Establishment of the Security Council of Japan, following which the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
