Prime Minister Abe, who is visiting the State of Kuwait, first attended a welcome ceremony at the Bayan Palace hosted by Prime Minister Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, after which he held talks with Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the Seif Palace. The Prime Minister then held talks with National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Mohammad Thunayan Al-Ghanim at the National Assembly, before attending a business seminar hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In the evening, Prime Minister Abe held talks with Prime Minister Jaber at the Bayan Palace, after which he attended a signing ceremony.
