Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during his visit to Yokohama to attend the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V), held talks with African leaders.
The Prime Minister held meetings, respectively, with Mr. Dioncounda Traoré, Interim President of the Republic of Mali, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius, and lastly with Mr. Michael Chilufya Sata, President of the Republic of Zambia.
