Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during his visit to Yokohama to attend the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V), held talks with African leaders.
The Prime Minister held meetings, respectively, with Dr. Jim Yong Kim, President of the World Bank, Mr. António Guterres, UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. James Alix Michel, President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of the Gabonese Republic, Mr. Ernest Bai Koroma, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Lieutenant General Seretse Khama Ian Khama, President of the Republic of Botswana, and lastly with Dr. Ikililou Dhoinine, President of the Union of Comoros.
