Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during his visit to Yokohama to attend the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V), held talks with African leaders.
The Prime Minister held meetings, respectively, with Mr. Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, President of the Republic of Togo, Dr. Thomas Boni Yayi, President of the Republic of Benin, Dr. Moncef Marzouki, President of the Republic of Tunisia, and lastly with Mr. Alpha Condé, President of the Republic of Guinea.
