Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during his visit to Yokohama to attend the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V), held talks with African leaders.
The Prime Minister held meetings, respectively, with Dr. Nkosazana Clarice Dlamini Zuma, Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union (AU), Dr. Joyce Banda, President of the Republic of Malawi, Mr. Robert Gabriel Mugabe, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Mr. William Arap Ruto, Vice President of the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Pierre Nkurunziza, President of the Republic of Burundi, and lastly with Mr. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti.
