Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.

During the session, explanation was provided on the purpose of the Bill on Special Measures on Correcting Conduct Obstructing the Application of Consumption Tax for Ensuring the Smooth and Appropriate Application of Consumption Tax, and the Prime Minister answered questions from the members.
