Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended a meeting of the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors and the Plenary Session of the House of Representatives.
At the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors attended by all ministers, following on from the previous day, the Prime Minister answered basic questions from Committee members on the issue of the comprehensive FY2013 budget.
In the plenary session of the House of Representatives, the House voted on and passed a bill to amend the Public Officers Election Act.
