Based on the discussion, the Prime Minister said,
"In promoting administrative reform, ceaseless efforts to eradicate waste are crucial.
The Government will work as one to carry out the review of administrative programs and the procurement improvement plan - which will also act as key instruments to this end.
I would like to ask each Cabinet member to exert further leadership for the proactive eradication of waste.
Administrative reform is an important matter that concerns the entire government. This effort will be led by this Headquarters, bearing in mind the deliberations held at the Administrative Reform Promotion Council. In this vein, I would like to ask for the continued cooperation of all Cabinet members."
