Prime Minister Shinzo Abe presented the Prime Minister's certificate of honor and a commemorative gift to Dr. Shinya Yamanaka, Director of the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, who won the 2012 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, at the Prime Minister' Office.
