On July 12, 2023 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida visited Brussels in Belgium.
On the next day (July 13), Prime Minister Kishida held a summit meeting with H.E. Mr. Alexander De Croo, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, and then had a working lunch with H.E. Mr. Charles Michel, President of the European Council, and H.E. Dr. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. Afterwards, the Prime Minister held EU-Japan Summit and a joint press conference.
