NATO Summit and Bilateral Summit Meetings

 
On July 13, 2023 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida, who is visiting Vilinus in the Republic of Lithuania to attend the summit meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), held AP4 Leaders’ Meeting with the Hon. Anthony Albanese, MP, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia, Rt Hon Chris Hipkins, Prime Minister of New Zealand, and H.E. Mr. YOON Suk Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea (ROK), followed by a joint press announcement and a meeting with H.E. Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the NATO. Afterwards, the Prime Minitser held a working lunch with H.E. Ms. Ingrida Šimonyte, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania.
 
In the afternoon, Prime Minister Kishida held summit meetings with ROK President Yoon, the Rt Hon. Chris Hipkins, Prime Minister of New Zealand, H.E. Mr. Ulf Kristersson, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden, and the H.E. Mr. Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic, respectively, followed by informal talks with Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė, H.E. PhD. Arturs Krišjanis Karinš, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, and H.E. Ms. Kaja Kallas, Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia. Afterwards, the Prime Minister held a summit meeting with H.E. Dr. Gitanas Nausėda, President of the Republic of Lithuania, and visited the Sugihara House.
