- Bearing in mind the previous three points of instruction, continue to take measures in a united manner by the ministries and agencies concerned,
- Put all efforts for information gathering and analysis regarding forthcoming moves by North Korea,
- Closely coordinate with the countries concerned, on the issues including the measures at the UN Security Council, since this launch is the clear violation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
