Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Mr. Masaharu Nakagawa, Minister of State, explained the purpose of the four bills related to the reform of national public officers' systems, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
