Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held the second Meeting among Four Ministers on the Issue of Nuclear Power Stations at the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister said in his opening address, "In the previous meeting, I instructed Mr. Yukio Edano, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, to formulate criteria for judgment on safety, based on the analysis of the accident from the people's perspective, in judging the restart by the four ministers.
Today, following the report by Minister Yukio Edano on the draft of the criteria for judgment, I would like to once again have thorough discussions among the four of us until we are fully convinced."
