Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda joined the courtesy call on Mr. Akihisa Nagashima, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, by Mr. Mark Elliot Zuckerberg, Founder and CEO of Facebook.

Prime Minister Noda explained that the Prime Minister's Office established its own facebook in English after the Great East Japan Earthquake. He also expressed his expectation to the facebook for further contributing to developing the world's most advanced infrastructure to cope with disasters. Mr. Zuckerberg mentioned the "Disaster Message Board" under facebook to be established for the first time in Japan.
