Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda visited Fukushima Prefecture.
In the morning, the Prime Minister visited a paper mill in Minamisoma City and talked with nurses at a hospital, and then observed a construction site of the Joban Expressway.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister went to the Fukushima Prefectural Office and exchanged views with Mr. Yuhei Sato, Governor of Fukushima Prefecture. Afterwards, the Prime Minister attended a meeting of the Council for Reconstructing Fukushima from the Nuclear Disaster held at a hotel in Fukushima City.
