Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held a press conference at the Prime Minister's Office, and declared the completion of the Step 2 of the Roadmap towards Restoration from the Accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO).
