Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
During the session, in response to the non-approval of the FY2009 audit and other items, as well as the approval of the warning resolution against the Cabinet, the Prime Minister delivered an address concerning the warning issued to the Cabinet.
