Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held the second meeting of the Government and Ruling Parties Council on the Formulation of the Budget at the Prime Minister's Office.
Discussion took place on the mid-term report from the working-level meeting regarding the status of the implementation of hearings and on the basic policy regarding the selection of preferential and priority programs with respect to the Program to Prioritize the Revival of Japan.
