Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, the House voted and passed the draft third supplementary budget for FY2011 (Article 3 of the General Account, Article 3 of the Special Account, and Article 2 of the Budgets of Government Agencies).
