Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held talks at the Prime Minister's Office with Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and attended a signing ceremony for the Japan-Viet Nam Joint Statement and other documents.
After the meeting, the leaders held a joint press conference, which was followed by a welcome dinner hosted by Prime Minister Noda.
