Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit Meeting continuing from the previous day.
Prime Minister Kan first held talks with Mr. Wen Jiabao, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, and then held the Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit Meeting followed by a joint press conference.
At the start of the Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit Meeting, a silent prayer was offered by the participants for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
After the joint press conference, the leaders attended a luncheon with the participants of the Japan-China-ROK Business Summit, where each delivered an address upon receiving the joint statement of the Japan-China-ROK Business Summit.
Later, Prime Minister Kan held talks with Mr. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea (ROK).
