Prime Minister Naoto Kan visited an evacuation center in Fukushima City together with Mr. Wen Jiabao, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, and Mr. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea (ROK), who are visiting Japan to attend the Fourth Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit Meeting.
Prior to visiting the aforementioned evacuation center, Premier Wen and President Lee each visited disaster-stricken areas and evacuation centers in Miyagi Prefecture.
Later, Prime Minister Kan returned to Tokyo and held a banquet for the two state leaders. After the banquet a joint performance was held by musicians of Japan, China, and the ROK, marking the opening of the Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit Meeting.
