The senior vice-ministers, parliamentary secretaries, and special advisors to the Prime Minister of the Reshuffled Kan Cabinet were decided at the Cabinet meeting on September 21.

Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended a commemorative photograph session with each of these groups, and attended the first meetings of the senior vice-ministers and the parliamentary secretaries.
