All the members of the Hatoyama Cabinet resigned on June 4, 2010.

 

At the Cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama collected the letters of resignation by the Cabinet members and decided on the general resignation of the Cabinet. The Prime Minister then issued a statement on the general resignation of the Cabinet.

 

Prime Minister Hatoyama left the Prime Minister's Office as the staff bid him farewell.
