Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama held talks with H.E. Dr. José Ramos-Horta, President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, at the Prime Minister's Office.
During the talks, the leaders discussed matters such as cooperation on nation building (Official Development Assistance [ODA], etc.), international issues (nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, the reform of the United Nations Security Council, and North Korea), and the climate change issue.
