Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama held talks with His Excellency Mr. Traian Basescu, President of Romania, at the Prime Minister's Office.
After the talks, the two leaders attended the signing ceremony for the Exchange of Notes for the Provision of Japan's ODA Loan to the Project to Construct Access Railways to the Bucharest International Airport, among other documents.
