On April 15, 2021 (local time), the Prime Minister visited Washington D.C. in the United States.
The next day, on the 16th (local time), the Prime Minister offered a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery, followed by a courtesy call from the Honorable Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States of America.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister held a summit meeting and a joint press conference with the Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the United States of America, at the White House, and the leaders issued a joint statement (English
